Last Wednesday an Omani co-pilot named Hamam al-Hammami grabbed the crash axe on a Flydubai flight packed with Israelis headed for Tel Aviv and went after his captain. The UAE is calling it a terrorist attack. He had already flown that route once and backed off. This time he meant to crash the jet into Ben Gurion Airport. The captain was stabbed and still got the door open. Passengers piled in and stopped him.

Investigators are still peeling that onion. Yesterday look at RAF Fairford in the UK. A dozen B-1s that had been sitting in England to cut the flight time into Iran got pulled home in a single day. British counter-terror police had already picked up men near the fence over a suspected plot to hit the base. London says it has strong indications Iran was involved. Tehran denies it.

Arizona is still a key state, and the people who think elections are a sideshow have not been paying attention.
With us is today Wendy Rogers, Arizona state senator for District 7 and a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. She flew as a pilot and will give us an inside the cockpit viewpoint on the hijacking and has spent her time in the legislature on election integrity, the border, and veterans. She is on the ballot again November 3rd and working hard to get out the vote in all races. We value your privacy
